How Yardzee scoring works
- Five dice; up to three rolls per turn. Score one unused category, or 0. Fill all 13; highest total wins.
- Extra Yardzees: +100 each only if the original Yardzee box holds 50. Enter combined bonuses in Extra Yardzees.
- Joker: if Yardzee is filled, use its matching upper category if open; otherwise any open lower (Full House 25; straights 30/40). If lower is full, score 0 in an open upper box. Original Yardzee 0 earns no extra 100.
