- Ringer = 3. A close shoe within 6 inches can score 1; a leaner has no bonus.
- Cancellation: opposing ringers cancel. Only one side scores; compare the remaining close shoes. Two live ringers = 6; one live ringer + the closest other shoe in count = 4.
- Count-all: each side keeps its scoring shoes. Agree the format and finish before playing; 21 is a backyard choice, not a required official target.
*Need more innings? Print another copy, write the next starting inning and carry both totals forward. Add the row number minus 1 to that starting inning.
